In conjunction with the Annual Vitamin Sea Festival Tramore, Lafcadio Hearn Japanese Gardens will host a special event on SATURDAY 21st September at 8.00am. Drawing on the ancient Japanese tradition of Shinrin-Yoku, or forest bathing, this unique event is designed to help you connect with nature in a profound and meaningful way. Spend two hours early morning with Sonia Cruz Oro forest bathing in the Japanese Gardens, and enjoy a selection of teas and freshly baked cakes afterwards while enjoying beautiful views of Tramore Bay from the deck. Your ticket for this event allows you access to the Japanese Gardens all day and you are welcome to come and go as you like up to closing time at 6pm. You will also have a choice of taking your Tea/Coffee and Cake that morning after Forest Bathing, or later in the afternoon.
Saturday 21st September, start 8.00am. Please arrive at 7.45 am
Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes, this is an outdoor event.

Tickets purchased cannot be refunded but can be transferred to someone else. In the event of extreme bad weather the gardens reserve the right to cancel this event, in which case
all monies will be refunded
